We always provide good quality to our customers, but if in case you are dissatisfied with our products, you may return them to us within 30 days of delivery.

All authorized returns must be unused and in their original condition. Items being returned must not have been damaged, disassembled or modified. All refunds will be for the value of the product only.

Shipping costs are not refunded and return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Refunds are normally processed and credited within 48–72 business hours after we receive the returned items. You will receive the refund after deducting a 5% restocking fee.

Once the returned item(s) have been inspected, the refund will be credited to the original payment method used.

Special or custom orders cannot be returned. Crystals and minerals are formed naturally, so the shape and size is always approximate. No two polished items can also be the same as they are handmade.
